Installation Safety Guide for Aluminum Alloy Sandwich Panel

The installation quality of aluminum alloy sandwich panels directly affects their insulation effect and service life. This article details the standard installation process to help construction personnel operate in a standardized manner and ensure engineering quality and safety.

I. Pre-construction Preparation

1. Check the flatness and strength of the base roof/wall to ensure it meets installation requirements.

3. Prepare installation tools: electric drill, self-tapping screws, sealant, cutting machine, etc.

II. Installation Process

1. Start from one end of the roof/wall, lay panels in sequence along the horizontal direction.

2. Panels use tongue-and-groove connection to ensure tight joints.

5. Use edge strips for edge treatment.
