Installation Precautions for Qingliang Plate Insulated Aluminum Roofing

Correct installation process is the basic guarantee for exerting the performance of insulated aluminum roofing. Before installation, a comprehensive inspection of the roof base is required to ensure that the purlin spacing meets the design requirements (usually not exceeding 1.2 meters) and the base flatness deviation does not exceed 5mm. Before installing Qingliang Plate insulated aluminum roofing, the product technical manual should be carefully read, and special self-tapping screws, sealant, edge closing pieces and other supporting auxiliary materials should be prepared.
The following points need special attention during installation: First, the panel laying direction should be consistent with the dominant wind direction, and the overlap joint should be set against the wind; Second, the fixing screws should be driven perpendicular to the panel surface, with moderate torque. Too tight will cause panel deformation, too loose will affect the fixing effect; Third, the longitudinal overlap length of panels should not be less than 200mm, and special sealant should be applied at the transverse overlap to ensure waterproof sealing. The cutting of insulated aluminum roofing should use a special electric cutting machine to avoid using grinding wheel saws to avoid damaging the coating.
After installation, a comprehensive quality inspection should be carried out, focusing on checking whether the fixing points are firm, whether the joint sealing is complete, and whether the drainage slope is correct. It is recommended to conduct a water sprinkling test after completion, and only accept after continuous sprinkling for more than 2 hours to confirm no leakage.
